"The new employees went to the headquarters of Hengyang Da Jing Group for training and learning."

On March 22nd, the Guangzhou Da Jing Medical Sales Department welcomed a group of passionate and energetic sales elites, who then proceeded to the headquarters in Hengyang, Hunan for training. In order to facilitate their smooth transition into their upcoming roles, the company meticulously planned and organized the "Chuyan Special Training Camp", consisting of two phases: the first phase focused on military training and team building, while the second phase centered on business training.

With great emphasis and careful organization, the company aimed to ensure that new employees fully understood and integrated into the company culture, enhanced their teamwork skills, strengthened team cohesion, and improved individual qualities, all with the aim of enhancing the business capabilities of the sales elites. The company conducted thorough planning and arrangements for a seven-day training program.

Before the training commenced, a grand opening ceremony and sessions on corporate culture were designed to provide the new employees with a solid understanding of Da Jing Group's establishment and development.

Phase One - Military Training and Team Building

The military training brought together over fifty sales elites from branches nationwide, who convened at the Chizi Xin Red Education and Training Base in Hunan from March 23rd to March 24th. During this period, participants rigorously adhered to military standards and persevered through training. Under the caring guidance and strict training of military instructors, within just two days, they successfully completed various training exercises such as standing at attention, at ease, reporting, straddling, turning while standing, marching in unison, and walking in formation, meeting all predetermined training objectives.

Within the military training unit, leaders were also present, accompanying both new and experienced business personnel in facing different challenges, offering constant encouragement and care, thereby creating a sense of warmth and camaraderie. The sight of everyone fighting side by side was truly beautiful!

This military training not only toughened the participants' perseverance but also nurtured a spirit of unity and mutual assistance, equipping them to face future difficulties and challenges in life and work with confidence and strength.

As the military training concluded, instructors bid farewell to the participants with salutes, reminiscent of their first encounter when the instructors welcomed them on the initial day. From acquaintance to parting, the memories remained vivid. Participants would carry this respect and gratitude for the instructors into their future endeavors, overcoming obstacles together and forging ahead hand in hand to create brilliance!

Phase Two - Company Business Training

Focused learning with professional guidance. This phase concentrated on training 12 new sales elites, covering topics such as the company's history, organizational structure, corporate culture, rules and regulations, workflow, and business skill development. Leaders, drawing from their own practical experiences, delivered insightful lectures, injecting motivation and confidence into the new employees as they integrated into the corporate environment, laying a solid foundation for their upcoming roles.

Interaction between new and experienced staff, sharing experiences. As the saying goes, "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." This training also included a special session where Chairman Cao shared his understanding and intentions behind the company's culture. Subsequently, he engaged in open dialogue with the new employees, patiently addressing their various questions. This interaction was warmly welcomed and highly praised by the new employees.

Following the conclusion of the training, the company conducted assessments for the new employees. Through this short-term training, the new employees not only gained a comprehensive understanding of the company but also developed confidence in the company's prospects and their own professional development.
